Ms. Glover: Your video changed my (our) life!
I was highly motivated to breastfeed but the first weeks (nearly 6) of breastfeeding were very difficult times for me and my daughter - she was losing weight, feeding her was so painful that I dreaded every feed and it was obvious that she was not feeding well, and my frustration only grew.
I read books, borrowed videos, saw lactation consultants, met with La Leche League providers and was about ready to give up, when a volunteer consultant lent me your video.
The calm tone, reassuring message and very simple but clear diagrams helped me understand what countless other literature sources had failed to do. I must have watched the video ten times. A day later, my daughter and I were on our way to a great breastfeeding partnership. We are currently in the process of weaning, one full year later.
