I am writing to tell you a marvelous story of how your video is enabling the midwives in a large and very busy maternity unit in central Scotland to make sure that all their mothers have a good understanding of how to position and attach their babies right from the beginning.
A few months ago we "discovered" your video and purchased copies to show to mothers in our 3 postnatal areas.(We have 500 births a month, and a 75% breastfeeding initiation rate). We found that when mothers were able to see it soon after delivery, our teaching made more sense to them, and often they quickly established effective & comfortable breastfeeding.
